CONSENT

consent_terms      1 = agreed to the terms and confirmed 18+ (pressing the button)
consent_email      1 = agreed to marketing emails (pressing the button)
consent_sms        1 = ticked the text-message box, 0 = did not
consent_version    Which consent wording they saw (v2 = current page)
consent_hash       Fingerprint of that exact wording, for proof
consent_text_terms Exact terms wording they agreed to
consent_text_email Exact email wording they agreed to
consent_text_sms   Exact text-message wording they agreed to

PROOF / DEVICE

ip                 Their IP address (part of the consent record)
user_agent         Their browser and device

QUALITY FLAGS

blocked            1 = Louisiana (GLP-1 treatment not allowed there)
duplicate          1 = same email already signed up in the last 24 hours
